At Suite Ta Bu, we want you to love your jewelry! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help you with an exchange if your item arrives damaged. If that happens, please reach out to us with a photo of the damage, and we’ll assist you in getting it sorted.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of purchase, and the customer is responsible for any restocking or postage fees that may apply.

We’re here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need any assistance!
