What Is Suite Ta Bu? With warehouses in Maryland and Washington DC, Whatissuitetabu.com is a fresh take on Green, we are currently partnering with Ms. Maryland 2010 to launch a series of Autism Awareness events to benefit our partnership with GRASP.org This is a great opportunity to learn about product development, special events planning and brand management.
The selected working closely with the Creative Director, and in partnership with the GRASP staff, the incumbents will be responsible for a wide range of social and web networking activities, researching best practices, contributing to web blogs, updating existing social networking sites and other related administrative functions. Maintain and update our social media sites regularly to raise awareness and promote our unique programs. Contribute to our blog as a guest blogger
Attend events such as Live Green Expo and meet our customers. Create and update an Intern Handbook so that incoming interns can continue work on what you have developed
Preferred Qualifications:
Some college preferred, with some coursework in Computer Studies, Fundraising, or Non Profit Management a plus. Candidates must have experience and demonstrated ability in social networking development, research and analysis. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines & work independently. Self-motivated and able to execute tasks with minimal guidance Interns should be able to devote approximately 7 – 10 hours per week. Telecommuting is acceptable. This is an unpaid internship.
